Terms and Condition of Hairlaya‘s online Voucher usage:

• Voucher duration: Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. It cannot be redeemed after the expiration date.
  
  
• Use of multiple vouchers: Only one gift voucher can be used per order.
  
  
• Use of the StylistPRO discount: Gift voucher code and StylistPRO discount can be used in combination.
  
  
• Voucher redemption: Vouchers with a redemption code can only be sent to the order-placed email only. No change or credit is given in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the course – for example, where a $100 voucher is used to purchase a $95 product or course.
  
  
• Refunds/Transfer: Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  
  
• Lost or stolen vouchers: Please make sure to keep your voucher code in a safe place. Hairlaya is not responsible for the Lost or stolen gift vouchers.
