We offer high-quality products as well as helpful customer support. Please feel free to contact us for details. We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days (weekends included) on all hair extension purchases if you're not satisfied. Your happiness is our ultimate goal. We will take a 15% restocking fee.
The hair must not be worn, cut, colored, or unpacked for you to receive a full refund/exchange. The refund will be provided to the original method of payment. We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges if requested more than 30 days after the purchase, as human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. Hairlaya's ultimate goal is to provide healthy and comfortable hair extensions to all our clients.
How to Make a Return?
All the returns/exchanges must be requested and authorized by Hairlaya within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Please DO NOT ship back the item without the request. We will not authorize any refund/exchanges for return orders without prior notice.
If you are returning your order, you will be responsible for your return shipping costs. If you need a shipping label prepared, we will deduct the label cost from your total refund. If you decide to use your own shipping label, we suggest you ship your package with a tracking number. Hairlaya is not responsible for any lost or missing returns.
About Return & Refund of Online Course
We are happy to accommodate a full refund on the Online Education Courses within 30 days from the date of receiving your toolkit if you:
- do not complete the first 35% of the full course.
- The toolkit must be new and unused.
After we receive your toolkit and determine it is unused, we will start the refund process for you.
Cancellation
a. There is no cancellation fee on orders placed within 24 hours.
b. Any cancellation for orders placed on our website over 24 hours will incur a 15% processing fee.
When Will You Receive Your Refund?
Once the warehouse receives your returned package and determines it is unused, we will start processing the refund within 2 business days. Please note that the refund might take 3-7 business days to be processed on your bank/financial institution. Please contact your bank for more details.
