We offer 3 different methods of shipping:
  • Economy: FedEx Ground (5 to 8 business days).   $15
  • Standard: FedEx Express 2-Day (3 to 4 business days)  $25 to $60 by different distances.  Exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed, and some rural or remote areas can take longer.
  • Express: FedEx Overnight (1-2 business days)  $40 to $80 by different distances. Exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed, and some rural or remote areas can take longer. Orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

    We DO NOT ship to PO boxes

    We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide your street address for delivery.

    Our cut-off time

    If we receive your order by 11 am CDT, Monday through Friday, your order will ship on the same day; all orders placed after 11 am CDT Monday-Friday, will ship the next business day. Order placed on Friday after 11 am CDT through Sunday will ship the following Monday.
    We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
    **Please note: the day your order ships out does not count toward the business day(s) outlined in your selected delivery method.
      

    Our carriers

    Our hair shipments are all shipped via FedEx from Texas warehouse. We ship some accessories via USPS from our warehouse in New Jersey.
      

    Our fees 

    Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order.
      

    Tracking Your Order

    You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 2 - 6 days for the tracking information to show. The tracking information may not update in some rare cases, but you will still receive your order.

    Wrong Address Disclaimer

    We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information before checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times. Hence there is a minimal time gap to change the address of your order. If you need to change your shipping address, we will do our best to make the change for you. If we cannot change the address or reroute the package in transit, Hairlaya can not assume liability for packages not received due to an incorrect shipping address.

    Delivered But Not Received

    All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking shows delivered, but you do not see your package, please contact couriers to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the box has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to have instead your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
