Meet Shelly Ardoin, a native of Lafayette, Louisiana. She graduated from the Aveda Art Institute in 2006 and is currently the owner of Lather Lounge Hair Studio, located in Parlor Salon Suites in Broussard, LA. Shelly has a passion for hair and her favorite product lines include Hairlaya, Paul Mitchell, Redken, and Moroccan Oil. With specialization in women’s and men’s color, cuts, and extensions, she is proudly certified in So-Cap, Tape In, and Handtied Extensions. Shelly has a diverse background, including experience in runway shows, on-site production, fantasy hair, and wigs. She has had the privilege of working with prominent figures during Mardi Gras Balls in Southern Louisiana and is also the co-founder of Lafayette’s Annual Hair Battle. With over 24 years of industry experience, Shelly possesses an extensive wealth of knowledge to share with you. She is dedicated to helping you achieve your hair goals, making her the ideal educator for your needs.
